01 — The Commercial

02 — Concept
One Million Lucky is one of my favorite fragrances. The name immediately suggested the idea of luck, naturally leading to the world of poker and casinos. Rather than creating a traditional product commercial, I wanted to tell a short cinematic story where the fragrance becomes the turning point between failure and success.
04 — PRODUCT REFERENCES
Before production began, I collected official references of the fragrance bottle and its scent notes. These became the visual foundation for the luxury product sequence later in the commercial.
03 — Story Structure
The commercial follows a man during a high-stakes poker game. With only a few chips remaining and a losing hand, the pressure builds toward the final reveal. At the breaking point, he reaches for One Million Lucky, transitioning into a luxurious fragrance world before returning to the table with a winning hand.

Opening Scene

The poker table became the visual foundation of the entire commercial. After several iterations in Nano Banana 2, I arrived at a composition that established the atmosphere, character placement, and cinematic framing for every shot that followed.
Building the Story

With the opening shot established, I expanded the sequence by creating the supporting shots that build tension throughout the poker game. Each image reinforces the protagonist’s emotional state before the product reveal.
Biggest Challenge

Challenge
The first-person poker shot proved to be the most technically challenging image in the project. Every player had to remain in the correct position relative to the camera while maintaining continuity with the opening scene.
Solution
After multiple prompt iterations, no single generation achieved the required accuracy. I combined elements from several successful generations inside Photoshop to produce a final image that preserved both composition and continuity.

06 — Bringing the scenes to life
Once the keyframes were complete, each scene was animated using a combination of Kling 3.0, Google Omni Flash, and Grok Imagine. Different models produced different strengths, allowing me to select the best performance for each moment.

07 — Designing the transition
The transition marks the emotional turning point of the commercial. As the protagonist disconnects from the poker table, the story shifts into a luxury fragrance sequence where the bottle and scent notes become the focus.

Storyboarding
Because this sequence required several connected camera movements, I created a dedicated storyboard before generating the final animation.

Combining Multiple AI Videos
Seedance 2.0 generated multiple successful transition sequences. One version featured the perfect bottle rotation while another contained stronger motion for the falling coin and fragrance notes. During editing, both clips were combined into one seamless camera movement.
Video A — bottle rotation
Video B — coin and notes (Sped UP)
Final clip — combined in the edit (with some effects)
08 — Returning to the story
To reconnect the product world with the narrative, I introduced a golden poker chip that travels directly toward the camera until it fills the frame. The transition reveals the casino once again as the final cards complete the winning hand, transforming the protagonist’s fortune.

09 — Final product shot
The commercial concludes with a clean luxury product shot and campaign slogan, returning the focus to the fragrance after the emotional journey of the story.

10 — Post production

With every AI-generated clip complete, the commercial moved into post-production. I refined the pacing through careful trimming, speed ramps, and seamless transitions while matching color across every shot. Music and cinematic sound design were added to reinforce the emotional progression from tension to triumph.
11 — Final thoughts
Every scene in this commercial began as an independent AI generation. Through iteration, careful model selection, editing, and sound design, those individual pieces were transformed into a single cinematic story.
